We Tell the Good News of Jesus Christ to others in word and in deed. In "Church language" this telling is known as evangelism. As Episcopalians we do not engage in the "turn or burn," in your face type of evangelism that is a popular caricature; instead, we share the Good News with others in the respectful manner that characterized both Saint Paul (Acts 17 and I Corinthians 9:19-23) and the early Celtic Church (but more on this in another article!). An excellent example of this type of evangelism is our Alpha program.
